Knowledge for Sustainability in Care in Cognitive Disorders – KnowDem
The overarching aim of this project is to implement and evaluate the impact of a virtual Community of Learning and Practice (vCoP) on collaborative and reflective learning and development for professionals and families caring for people with a dementia disease. Another aim is to evaluate the impact of a vCoP on resilience capacity, autonomy and active citizenship among people with a dementia disease. The Project (2021-24) is a 4 MSEK granted project funded by the Kamprad Foundation Foundation for Entrepreneurship, Research and Charity.
